  • Once you place an order, we will begin processing it within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed, and another email when your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Shipping Method: We offer standard shipping to all locations within our service areas. Since we currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method, please note that the shipping process begins once the order is confirmed.
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • Orders are typically delivered within 7-10 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.
    • Delivery time may vary due to factors such as your location, local delivery service providers, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping Fees: The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Shipping fees will be clearly indicated before you complete your purchase.
  • Free Shipping: We occasionally offer promotions with free shipping on select orders. Be sure to check our website for ongoing offers.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (if available). You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery via the courier’s website.

5. Delivery Issues

6. Order Cancellations and Changes

  • Due to the nature of our processing system, we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only offer shipping within our designated regions. International shipping is not available at this time, but we may expand our shipping services in the future.
