Refund and Returns

At Ollie Voyages, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not happy with the product, we offer the following return and refund policy.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns for Damaged or Defective Products: If the product you received is damaged or defective, you may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date. Please notify us immediately at [email protected] with a description and photo of the issue.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item that does not match what you ordered, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. We will send you the correct item as soon as we verify the mistake.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The return must be authorized by Ollie Voyages before shipping the product back.

3. Return Process

  • Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
  • Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and photographs (if applicable) of the product.
  • Once we receive your request and confirm the return, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed for products returned due to damage, defects, or incorrect items.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same form as the payment. Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to the nature of our business and the items sold, unused products that are not damaged or defective cannot be returned.

6. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
  • If a return is approved, the cost of shipping the item back to us will be refunded only if the product is deemed defective, damaged, or incorrect.

7. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
